This picture really doesn't do justice to this beautiful afghan.
Do you want to give a special gift to the baby coming but don't know yet what the parents are going to name him/her? Give them the gift of a baby afghan with the baby's last name worked into it. This is my own design which makes a special, unique gift which can become a family heirloom or can be passed on to the next child! In the top row of the diamonds in the afghan the letters A-B-C are worked in and in the bottom row of the diamonds in the afghan the numbers 1-2-3 are worked in.
The afghan is made from soft baby sport yarn which is machine washable and dryable. The name is in the center of the afghan with rows of diamons (or if you prefer, hearts) above and below it. The name and the hearts are made with the use of puff stitches. It is approximately 36" X 42". This afghan may be ordered in White, Pink, Blue, Yellow, Mint Green, Lavender or Natural. The Natural color yarn has a silver thread running thru it. Since this is a personalized baby afghan it is non-returnable.
